So you’re telling me, that in the span of only 5 minutes Wisconsin managed to score above the national average and then rank LOW on academic standards?

Where’s the disconnect with the state education system? Why do students score above average on the SAT, yet the school systems rank low on academic standards? If the students are scoring high on the SAT, wouldn’t you think the academic standards are WORKING? not the reverse…
