So for those of you who don’t know and might care, or do know and don’t care; We’re in the process of buying a little townhome a short stint north of Frederick in a little town called Thurmont, MD.

For our grocery shopping this weekend we decided to make a trip up there to check out what our new shopping options are for food. I was pleasently surprised and now wonder WTF we’ve been doing all these 2 years. We’ve been fighting the masses at the local supermarket and the not-so-local super Wal-Mart in Charlestown, WV; this last weekend we decided on Food Lion up in Thurmont, we walked in and couldn’t believe it! There was NO ONE in there hardly! We spent an entire hour shopping for food with NO STRESS!

If this was anything like what living there will be like, we may have finally found the last ‘home-towny’ town in Maryland. I just might actually like living there!
